Oatmeal French Toast 

Last night I made sure I had everything ready. Eggs. Yes. Bread. Yes. Milk. Yes. This morning, I broke an egg into some milk and mixed it up. Then I grabbed the bread bag. It was only then that I discovered that the bread, which was not that old, was covered with mold. Summer. Moist. You know.

But I had already made the batter, so I figured I might as well use it. I poured some oatmeal in the batter and shaped it so that it roughly approximated a slice of bread. Then I fried it up. It didn't taste that good.
